How to effectively control microbial contamination has become an important factor in controlling the healthy development of the industry. In order to further enhance my country's food microbial detection and control technology capabilities and maintain the quality and safety of my country's food and agricultural products, the 2017 "Seventh Annual Conference" was co-sponsored by the Agricultural Product Safety Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine and the Analytical Microbiology Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Microbiology.
