Single reaction packaging is packaged in PCR tubes that can be directly loaded onto the machine. The single reaction packaging contains all reaction components and can be tested on the machine by adding sample DNA during use, without the need for cold chain transportation and storage. It is easy to use, avoids loss and aerosol pollution, and is particularly suitable for rapid on-site testing.
