This product is a freeze-dried fluorescent RT-PCR detection reagent for influenza A/B virus, targeting M1 gene (matrix protein) and NS1 gene (non structural protein) for in vitro qualitative detection of influenza A and B virus nucleic acid in samples. Single reaction packaging is packaged in PCR tubes that can be directly loaded onto the machine. The single reaction packaging contains all reaction components and can be tested on the machine by adding sample RNA during use, without the need for cold chain transportation and storage. It is easy to use, avoids loss and aerosol contamination, and is particularly suitable for rapid on-site testing.
