This product is a 2019 novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), Influenza A (FluA) and Influenza B (FluB) freeze-dried fluorescent RT-PCR detection reagent. Orf1ab gene (open reading frame protein), M1 gene (matrix protein) and NS1 gene (non structural protein) are used as detection targets respectively, and human RNase P gene is used as internal standard. At the same time, novel coronavirus, Influenza A and Influenza B virus nucleic acids in samples are qualitatively detected in vitro. Users only need to add nuclease free water and sample nucleic acid to this reagent to prepare a reaction mixture for machine testing.
