The ABI 7500 Fast real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR system can provide the same dye quantity and multiplex analysis flexibility as the 7500 real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR system, while providing reliable performance for laboratories engaged in different applications in the shortest time, including high-resolution Rate melting curve (HRM) analysis. The fast cycling mode of the 7500 Fast system has been fully optimized to produce high quality results in as little as 30 minutes.  

Instrument Features: 

The powerful five-color platform is calibrated to provide the largest variety of dyes: FAM/SYBRGreen I, VIC/JOE, NED/TAMRA/Cy3, ROX/Texas Red, and Cy5 dyes. 

1. The uniquely designed fast heating block can ensure thermal uniformity when running at extreme speed. 

2. Without affecting the extension time or analysis quality, the rapid temperature change rate can ensure the results in the shortest time. 

3. The fast optical reaction plate ensures excellent detection accuracy at reaction volumes of 10–30 uL. 

4. Ability to run multiple rapid assays in one reaction plate.

5. On the premise of guaranteeing the same excellent performance as the 7500 system, more samples can be run in the same day.
