Model 7500 fast real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument is an integrated platform for the detection and quantification of specific target genes. The 7500 combines PCR thermal cycle, fluorescence detection and various application analysis software, and can dynamically observe the gradual increase of PCR amplification products in each reaction tube of each cycle of PCR. Quantitative results can be obtained immediately after the PCR experiment, without gel electrophoresis analysis, PCR product purification, or any experimental operation. Compared with other artificial gene quantitative analysis methods such as Northern blotting or RNase-protection assays, the 7500 real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR system has the advantages of time saving, high sensitivity, good accuracy and wide linear range.
Instrument performance:
1.9 orders of magnitude linear range;
2. It can detect templates with only 10 initial copy numbers in a 20 μL reaction volume single-reporter fluorescent TaqMan experiment, and its confidence level is as high as 99.7%.
Instrument Features:
1. Simultaneous detection of five-color fluorescence supports various application needs. The supported dyes include: FAM/SYBR Green I, VIC/JOE, NED/TAMRA/Cy3, ROX/Texas-Red and Cy5;
2. Better excitation light source design greatly improves the detection sensitivity of long-wavelength red fluorescence;
3. Support the standard 96-well plate rapid reaction mode, greatly reducing the time required for real-time quantitative PCR.
main application:
1. Gene expression analysis based on relative quantitative analysis;
2. Absolute quantitative analysis of pathogens based on the standard curve;
3. SNP genotype analysis of nucleic acid sequence after qualitative PCR amplification;
4. Positive/negative result determination based on positive internal control.
