The LyoDt African swine fever virus dry-type fluorescent PCR detection reagent developed and produced by our company uses DNA extracted from pig-derived samples, and uses specific primers and specific fluorescent probes designed for the conserved nucleic acid region of African swine fever virus in a fluorescent PCR instrument.
